Services
anoMAly Media provides freelance creative services including social media management, graphic design, photography, and creative consulting. Specific deliverables and timelines are outlined in written proposals or agreements.

Three-Month Retainer
Ongoing services are offered on a minimum three (3) month retainer. This commitment is required to allow for strategic planning, execution, and consistency. Retainers are non-refundable once services begin and conclude at the end of the agreed term unless renewed in writing.

Payment
All fees must be paid in full prior to the start of services unless otherwise agreed upon. Late or missed payments may result in paused services.

​

Cancellations
Early termination does not release the client from financial responsibility for the agreed retainer period. anoMAly Media reserves the right to terminate services due to non-payment, lack of communication, or breach of agreement.

 

Revisions & Scope
Revisions are limited to the scope outlined in the selected service package. Requests outside of scope may require additional fees.

Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all creative work remains the property of anoMAly Media. The studio reserves the right to display completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes.

Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access or approvals. Delays may impact timelines and deliverables.

Limitation of Liability
anoMAly Media is not responsible for platform changes, algorithm updates, third-party service issues, or specific performance outcomes. No guarantees are made regarding growth, engagement, or revenue.
